Cosmetic/Personal Care Product Information File (PIF) Compilation

This complete service package includes:

  • Review of all technical data and information required for PIF compilation
  • Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment and Report performed by EU certified Safety Assessor
  • PIF Compilation as required for Registration on the EU Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP)

Important: All relevant information should be available to compile the PIF.

Product Information File (PIF) Maintenance

Maintenance of the Product Information File such as incorporating changes in formulations, product label or packaging material or updating of dossiers as required

PIF info audit/gap analysis

  • Identification of applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
  • PIF technical data & document info gap analysis (PIF info audit)
  • Client existing PIF data check
  • Ensure Client is notified about the relevant info and documentation required to complete or maintain the PIF
